Hooray! Welcome to the 16th ever newsletter from rathergood and our band, 7 Seconds Of Love!
Well, what a time we've had this year so far! Everything is extremely exciting, and I have been mainly jumping up and down and running around in circles shouting "WAAAAH! WOOOO! WEEEE!"
Firstly, here's a little song thingy me and Al (aka MMVM aka Oom Voom) have been having some fun with.... The Jelly Song, as performed by a cretinous owl:

Hooray! That owl is a complete cretin! What an imbecile!
In other news, you may well have noticed that we have had a bit of a disagreement with Coca Cola in Argentina over an ad that looked a lot like Ninja - well, you may also have noticed that we have all come to a happy fluffy agreement about it and everyone is just as happy as can be.
The whole episode has meant that we have managed to channel a substantial amount of money into a couple of charities we care very deeply about. If you feel like donating some money to a good cause, you could do worse than consider them. They are Tommy's, the baby charity, who you will remember we were raising money for over christmas, and SANDS - the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death charity.

This isn't the end of it though - ON NO! There's more, and it gets ever more exciting! We have been in the studio, recording with Ska legend Gaz Mayall, with an eye to getting some songs properly released commercially and everything! Oh YEAH!
At the moment, the plan is to release a couple of singles in a couple of months, with an album to follow shortly after.
YEAH! Hooray! And look out for us at festivals in the summer! We've signed up legendary manager Peter Jenner, who managed Pink Floyd, the Clash, T-Rex, and loads of other history-making artists, and we are going to TAKE OVER THE ENTIRE WORLD! HOORAY! WITH KITTENS!
We'll let you know when the singles come out - it would be brilliant if you could support our attempt to conquer the world when we get it started.
Tonight (Friday), we are playing in Birmingham, UK, at the Barfly. It's going to ROCK! We're playing with our good buddies Big Hand, who helped us rock the face completely off of the London Barfly at the end of last year. Hooray!
Come along if you're in the Hood- it's going to be all of the fun. Big Bus Groovy will be rocking out with us too.

I guess you may be interested to see these if they passed you by - I went on a few news shows when we were talking about the Coke thing and a couple of them have turned upon youtube - plese remember of course that this is all now sorted out (I haven't noticed any of the reports about it being sorted on youtube so can't link them for you). Anyway, here I am, when we were still feeling hard-done-by

Yeah! Well, I guess I should probably stop here before I bang on and on till everyone gets bored and stops reading.
Please remember if you reply directly to this email, it will just go to the newslettery roboty thingy and not me, and I won't ever read it, and that means I can't tell the kittens what you wanted them to know and then they will cry. So send any email to
joel@rathergood.com as usual.
And also remember that I love you. I LOVE you. I love YOU! I. LOVE. YOU.
Hard.
Big sloppy kisses, complete with tongues and drooling
