I had a liver suasage sandwich and a lamb samosa for lunch. the liver sausage sandwich was so good i just went and got a liver sausage roll as a snack. So my recommendation is for a liver sausage sanwich / roll.

I have some pork liver pate in the fridge. Don't know if it's still ok though :-/

Might give it to the dog

I once ate an entire tub of seriously rotten pate de fois gras in a sandwich and had no ill effects whatsoever, I think the bread must have been off though because I had the most horrific case of the squits accompanied by copious vomitting, intense pain and hallucinations for about 4 days.

I would certainly eat the liver pate, but be very careful not to put it between mouldy slices of bread, it really isn't worth the risk and if the pate smells really bad the dog probably wouldn't like it anyway, mine didn't.

good advice there zebbor. i think liver benefits from being properly matured, like a cheese or fine wine.

Mmmm... Mushroom cloud pizza, a classic spin on the funghi variety.

In other news, cooked my first batch of fudge in the week, and the guys at work love it. :)
