What's everyone watching these days?
We don't have a lot to choose from over here at the moment.
There are a few shows that I really like, My Name is Earl, The Office, and er. Two and a Half Men, Battlestar Galactica and Dr Who.
My new favourite is a show called Heros which just started about 5-6 weeks ago. I highly recommend veiwing it before it goes the way of Lost and Desperate Housewives and loses all trace of a plot.

I've never watched one episode of Lost or Desperate Housewifes.

I remember hearing about Heros a while back which looked quite good. I'll have to check it out soon.

Right now I'm catching up on Season Six of Smallville and whatever season Family Guy is on over there thanks to the wonderful world of BitTorrent.

On UK TV I'm watching Torchwood and Planet Earth.

I watched a coouple episodes of Two and a Half Men earlier today. I was very disapointed it wasn't anything like this.

Naruto, SNL, My Name is Earl, Spongebob Squarepants, Family Guy, Simpsons, American Dad, King of the Hill, and Lost.

My television watching is rapidly declining.

Planet Earth on the BBC is a show everyone should be watching.

Torchwood, Not Going Out, The Simpsons, Holby City and Casualty are regularly viewed here at the mo, I'm sticking with Robin Hood even though I think it's been poor in comparison to how good the recent Dr Who has been...

I'll second that. Watched it last night and the photography was outstanding!

Plus, it's got David Attenborough, the original and best wildlife doc presenter. For non - UK rathergooders, Sir David Attenborough is a national institution in our country - and deservedly so!

Jeremy kyle's allright, but the show gets a bit stressful sometimes.

Yep, it's a Dr Who spinoff, but it's aimed at adults.

I watch ESPN and CNN. Sports and News, that's all. I'm moving to a new flat at the start of December so I'm going to shell out on decent cable. I really need Discover Channel, Discovery is the best channel. And I want more sports, I need to find out what channel they show snooker on. Mainly I want discovery though.

Discovery is a good one, there's usually something watchable on it. My favourite is Mythbusters, but I'm hoping they bring back Top Gear.

I checked out some packages after I posted that, Thailand is terrible for TV. Thai TV consists of really poorly acted soaps (Good, rich girl falls for bad guy, parents go ape, good girl cries, family find out the bad guy is really a good, rich guy and everybody is happy.) and awful gameshows (I'm supposed to go to a casting this afternoon where I get given a pair of headphones and have to try to copy the Thai songs I here, everybody laughs at me and then the contestants have to guess what it is I'm singing. I don't think I'll be going to that one).
If you want satellite or cable you can get UBC, UBC or UBC. There is hardly any cable available in Thailand and Satellite can't hack the monsoons so it will be going wild for around six months a year. I can get 16 channels for about £25 and most of them are rubbish.
I might start playing cards, cards are cheap.

Must admit I'm a bit addicted to 'Deal or no Deal'!

So many people say that there's no skill in it but there is - in working out the statistical probability of getting a low money box or high money box in any given round.

honey, there is NO SKILL NEEDED in deal or no deal....

it's a game of chance... the only thinking to do is whether to deal or whether you want to gamble.....

I've seen so many people not be able to work that out and settle for a lower amount. I suppose the pressure get's to them.

Not much really, but there is one good show on Dutch TV. I could simply say i watch "Koefnoen" quite a bit, but obviously that wouldn't mean anything to you guys. So i thought i'd show you a couple of clips instead.

Bruce Irwin (might offend you if you are a Steve Irwin fan)

George Michael in Amsterdam

Basic Benedict (better not watch this if you're a fan of the pope)
