'ave it.

2008 sucked for me, shit went wrong, I've not met anyone special, I've been jobless for the most part of it, when I got a job I was overworked and underpaid (see working 12 hours for about £35 altogether at one point) I've not succeeded anything particularly amazing. But then again, I've not tried too hard.

Here's to a better year than 2008 (and these wishes are extended to those who had a fantastic 2008, I hope 2009 is even better!)

Now lets raise our glasses...

A toast, to absent friends!

2008 was a shit year, and I doubt 09 will be any better. Life would be so much better if one could press fast forward and get to the best bits quicker.

Then you would loose so much of what life has for you.

No way is that boring! Part of the fun of the good bits is working towards a good bit, looking forward to it and when you get there the satisfaction of having done a good job apart from simply enjoying that bit. And the best good bits are the ones that catch you by suprise you'll loose all that if you simply press fast forward to the next exciting bit when you get bored with the previous one and pressing that button will get extremely boring (not to mention exhausting) after a while.

Anywhos... happy new year everyone! And as i always say: Make it a good one! :D

Happy New Year Whatsit- I agree with you- we have had some weird things in 2008 as well as great joys... I am hoping 2009 will bring good stuff (though the credit crunch is very scary)

2008 had some great moments for me, and also a few problems... but here's wishing everyone a healthy and happy 2009!

I get were you are coming from, totally.

I also get where Chris is coming from, and I really feel for him. He's not got the perspective you have.
(Or the pharmacopia, in my case)
He really did have a crappy year, as did Kris. And I. It's allowed.
But it makes me really happy to see that one of us has a positive view towards the future...It's inspiring. :D :D

2008 was a year.

2009 is a year.

I'm always doing or not doing stuff whether there is a year or not so whatever. Better times will come I think.

Better times to all of you!

2009 will be a good year. I've already decided. Last year was just too fucking intense for me.
:(

First sign of this is me and my Thomson getting married on 28th of March.

2009 is already looking up for me. I've got a job, but even better, I have someone special in my life ^_^.

And it's not my right hand. :O

Also, I have obtained two AWESOME punk albums for NOTHING.

The debut album of The Clash and Love And A .45 - Too Blonde For You.

The first song on Too Blond For You is AWESOME, Breakdown Payout, if it's on their myspace, PLAY IT LOUD :D
