I may get my 1st Gen E.P signed at Brum. That said, I already have some signed soup.

I remember your soup getting signed. I got my copy of the demo signed on the same day! Hooray!

Me and the wife have been following you guys for the last year and were lucky enough to catch you in Coventry around the time we found your sound. There is little else other than your music (well... perhaps The D) that puts us in such a good mood after a shitty day at work.

When we heard about the dispute with Coke we were gobsmacked at the cheek of Coke and thought this would drag out and out. I'm so glad for the sake of everyone that you guys got the press you deserved, with only a few smart alec remarks from the press about "How it's good exposure for you". Yeah? And? So? What? You deserve the exposure. :)

I signed up to your forums to basically say that, I haven't bought a single or album in years. Not because I hate music, or believe that there isn't talent out there (although there is a lot of crap), but because I started boycotting the Big Five and their products around the same time they started suing their own customers around the world.

Your EP/Single/Album will be the first album I'll buy in all that time. Just tell us where we can get it from where you guys (i) get the most money out of it and (ii) have it count towards the single chart.

With the new rules around downloads that can be solely counted towards the Top 100 I can see much more interesting times ahead for music in this country.

Nice one lads. I can't wait to catch you guys again, live.

My wife and I went through the mill with our first little one in March last year, he was air-ambulanced to St Thomas' Hospital in London 30 hours after being born, and it was while we were there that we found out about Tommy's the Baby Charity and all the good work they do (they have a research department in the hospital).

So just wanted to say thanks from all 3 of us (yes, he is alive and kicking thanks to all the excellent care he received) for the donation to Tommy's.

I would urge you to maybe spend a few quid on the paint scheme in these forums though. A set of rollers and a tin of Magnolia paint from B&Q should have the job done in no time. Painting party anyone...?

Thanks again.

I like the forums colour scheme. They all work together in theory, but look somewhat wrong. It has a nice quirky feel to it like the main RG site. :)

It is nice to hear your son managed to recieve the help he needed. Wishing he has a good long and healthy life!

Thank you! Usually when you donate to a charity you just have to trust that the charity you gave money to is actually making a difference. Good to know that this one does. And good to hear the little one is alive and kicking.

Congratulations to getting a huge bunch of money and spending it on a good cause.

Me really is excited about the EP. It will probably be the first thing ever I would order from somewhere outside Germany. No matter how expensive it might be!!

Magnolia? Boring much?
Actually, it sounds like you've already had enough drama for one lifetime, and it's nice to hear about happy endings, thanks for your post. :D

Mmm, how about "Toasted Almond" then?
.
.
.
"Biscuit"?
.
.
.
"Soft Khaki" anyone?

And our little one is going to be the proud owner of a Ninja Kitten (whether he likes it or not :D ) for his birthday!

Thanks again all, and now I've found out about all this feline madness, I'll be keeping an eye on developments from now on!

I prefer chargrilled shrew, in other words "black".

But I guess that the forum should stick as it is, the scheme suits the Rathergood thing.

Whoah! I completely forgot that my username was just Doug here. How the hell did I pull that off? And why haven't I been here in so long?

It appears I've missed some excellent news in my absence! Congratulations, and I can't imagine a better way to spend the settlement, in making music and helping others. Geeze, making everyone else look bad by being exceptionally noble, eh? ;D

I really hope I will be able to get a copy of the EP mailed to the US! I am willing to pay dearly (and probably will have to!).

So now we all love Coke? Yaay.

I shall have a celebratory glass of it!
