Update to the Subway thing:

They owe me six and a half hours pay for course-completing time, which they are trying to dispute, plus my uniform deposit. Been hassling them for the past week to undetermined success. ANYWAY, during the course of today's discussion, I was told they couldn't speak to my ex-manager as he didn't work for them any more. 'Oh? Has he left?' I innocently ask. 'Er...no.' was the reply.
Karma's a bitch, but so's getting the sound of my cacophonous laughter out of your head too, as doubtless the head office bloke is finding out right now.

Not really... When my work runs out of money and all the people who have been there since the place opened have to get put on their base hours for their contract but my boss still has the money somewhere to put on her friend from her last store full time, I only get 8 hours a week, these 8 hours earn me $128 a week, my rent is $125 a week...

what sort of work placement are you after?

absolutely forgot you live in Lpool, I am a total dumbass! that would be ace!



Pretty much anything I can get that's short term - been looking at theatre art departments, textile companies, schools/colleges, firework companies, galleries.. I've no idea what I want to do after uni, so just trying to scrabble together some experience of as many things as I can before I graduate.
