I
had a grand scheme a while ago to set up a chain of boozers, the roots of
which can be traced back to the Loch Ness Monster. One of the prime candidates
for this beastie is a Black Sea Sturgeon. Sturgeons can grow to 28 feet
long, and have a big spike on their face. Cool. They could have got into
the loch from the sea and got stuck there. A Sturgeon incursion, so to speak.
Unsurprisingly I developed an unhealthy interest in sturgeons, which led
me to think that a chain of branded sturgeon pubs would be a good idea.
